Alicia Coffman LLC

I meet people where they are, and walk alongside them to where they want to be.

I am passionate about helping clients find meaning and purpose in their everyday lives.

About Me & Experience

Hi my name is Alicia Coffman (Licensed Professional Counselor), and you’ll find me to be a positive, personable, and open minded therapist who can offer you a safe place to learn and grow. Finding a therapist that you can connect with and can have a healthy and therapeutic rapport with is half the battle. The search can be exhausting and overwhelming at times, especially when you’re just trying to find someone who will get you. Letting yourself be vulnerable with someone you don’t know can be scary, and I commend you for taking the first step in finding someone. Life can often be difficult and hard to navigate, but I believe we all have the strength and resilience to grow and change; and live a more fulfilling life. Therapy is a challenging, yet warm process that entails self reflection and honest conversation. It’s important for me to create a space for you to feel comfortable and open. My goals are to help you reach your goals in a supportive, empathetic, and compassionate space.

I focus on a collaborative approach that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion focused, and solution focused interventions that can help my clients discover healthier coping and a journey of positive change and healing.

I have experience working with individuals ages 10 and older, couples, and families. I have worked in an acute partial program for adults, children & adolescents, inpatient-hospitals, outpatient agency work, and now private practice. I strive to continue to learn to ensure my clients are given the best therapy I can provide.
